To prepare the claim, it is essential to upload the documents related to the case. These are categorised and the user can choose which type of document to upload for the claim. The categories are visually separated so that they can be easily retrieved and downloaded.

The claim can be handled remotely from start to finish, but the possibility of communication between the parties and the arbitrator is provided by a messaging system so that they can provide information quickly and easily.
