Process designed to turn your vision into an actionable plan

  • A structured process with sequential steps

    Structured process

We bring you through product discovery, user-journey creation, feature scoping & prioritization using our step-by-step methodology based on our know-how.

  • Tangible, usable results

    Tangible results

At the end of the workshop, you are guaranteed to receive a blueprint for your MVP: with precise functionality, proposed technologies, and cost estimates.

  • Predetermined price

    Fixed price

The price is predetermined, paid in advance, and includes all workshop elements and deliveries. There will be no hidden or extra costs.

Who is this for?

Our audience consists of driven and ambitious founders who have just founded their startup. They are looking for a software development partner who understands their vision, can help bring their ideas to life, and deliver results that will help them achieve their business goals.

  • Unnecessary core functionality

Founders & Early-stage Startups without a tech team

  • Unnecessary core functionality

Strategic Risk Mitigation

One of the strongest arguments for accurate planning is risk reduction. It is a huge safety benefit if the development of an application is carefully prepared.

Many pitfalls in SaaS development can be avoided with proper preparation: running out of money, technical challenges, feature creep, or building something customers don't need.

By clarifying in the Product Strategy phase what technical challenges will be faced or what needs to be kept in focus throughout, a timely decision can be made on all the cardinal issues.

Estimate, roadmap, safety

A defined scope, estimates, and roadmap give you a tremendous sense of security: you know exactly what's coming next.

Delivery guarantee

Planning is also a guarantee. What you plan is already fixed (for example, in a contract), so you have an agreement to deliver it.

Build what is important

Proper preparation helps prioritize what needs to be done. This means that we can focus our resources on the most essential things and not waste energy on something that is initially questionable and unclear.

Avoid going over budget

We only develop what we need, what we agree on. That way, there's no chance of you having to pay more than you had previously agreed, and we'll stick to deadlines.

Moreover, the energy and resources invested in planning alone will pay for themselves many times over.

If all requirements and scopes are defined in advance, you avoid the extra cost of modifying something later during development.

How it works - Agenda

The goal of this week-long cooperation is to take the set of ideas you have in your mind and create the blueprint of your SaaS product together.

1

Day 1: Discovery Workshop

We want to hear your ideas and understand your business goals. Our team will work with you to create a successful platform that provides an optimal user experience. We take a ground-up approach, starting with the business model, objectives, market conditions, challenges, risks, and target audience. We also focus on your long-term vision to ensure the platform meets your goals. Let's have a conversation to turn your ideas into reality.

Day 1: Discovery Workshop
2

Day 2-3: Research, team discussions

On days 2-3, technological research, development concepts, and identification of further risks will begin. These steps lead to the definition of key features and functions. At this stage of the work, we have the opportunity for wireframing: the project enters a new phase by creating the skeleton of the application. At this point, we can make priority proposals, other suggestions, and estimates for the future.

Day 2-3: Research, team discussions
3

Day 4-5: Scoping Workshop

We will present wireframes, MVP features, and the user journey. At this step, the final product of the workshop, the basis of the future application, is becoming more apparent. That's why there will also be an opportunity to discuss further details and provide feedback on days 4-5. This is when vision and reality can finally come close together.

Day 6: Handover

At the end of the process, the product blueprint is created, a 100% defined MVP scope is made, and the user journeys are crystallized. All previous ideas and plans are put in place. What was an elusive dream on day one becomes a tangible, developable reality. Costs can be estimated in light of this: as everything becomes precisely defined, future development costs can be accurately determined. One of the greatest benefits of the whole workshop is that careful preparation eliminates the risk of incurring extra costs later. Development becomes predictable.

Day 6: Handover

Who is needed from both sides?

From the VeryCreatives side

We gather the brightest minds from our team to guide you through the process. People who have built products just like yours.

  • Product Strategist

    Product Strategist

A Product Strategist plays a vital role in the discovery and scoping workshop. His primary objective is to lead and shape the process based on customer needs, mitigate risks, and your organization's business objectives.

  • Product Design Expert

    Product Design Expert

We will delegate a dedicated UX/UI expert to ensure that you have a true professional to help you work together on UX and user experience issues.

  • Developers

    Developers

Naturally, the developers themselves are involved from the very first phase of the project. Their expertise and experience also contribute a lot to the workshop's success. And the MVP could not be born without them.

From your side

We recommend to our clients and partners that anyone who can contribute to the workshop's success should attend. Those who are definitely needed:

  • Product owner

    Your Product owner

This individual typically has a deep understanding of your business needs and priorities, which allows them to offer invaluable insights and a quick feedback loop during the workshop.

  • Business stakeholder

    Your business stakeholder

Usually, the Founder. The most essential participant with the vision in mind has a comprehensive understanding of the industry and a direct interest in the outcome. Understands the strategic objectives of the organization.

  • IT/Tech associate(s)

    Anyone else?

Feel free to involve anyone who can contribute to the product with industry-specific insights, regulations, etc. Have a co-founder? Bring her, too, or any employee with business-specific knowledge we need to know about.

The Outcome – What will you get

By the time we finish our collaboration, you will have the blueprint of your MVP and be ready to proceed further. The following are the deliverables of the process.

  • Main user flows mapped out

  • Wireframes of the main functions

Lo-fi wireframes of the main functions

  • User stories of all defined functionality

You'll have all the information you need to know exactly what you can ask us to do, when and with what deadlines: clear and detailed plans, objectives and well-defined scopes will help you make your decision by the end of the workshop.

We could say that you will be given the seed from which your app can sprout and come to life during development - and it's up to you whether you want to plant that seed!

By the time you've come to that decision, we'll have invested enough time and energy in the project together that you'll see exactly what it's worth, what it means - and what it's like to work with us.

You are fully prepared to progress to the next phase of your SaaS journey: Product Design.
