What you will do:
- As a junior IT project manager, your journey starts by joining one of our agile teams and making our clients' ideas come alive. You will have a role in planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. You will take part in planning and designating project resources, preparing estimates, coordinating and monitoring progress, and keeping our clients informed the entire way.
- You will be part of our PM team, a supportive and inspiring community and will work with developers (backend, frontend, mobile) and designers within a project team.
- You will have a strong collaboration with the Head of Production and HR. You will take part in performance reviews on a trimester basis.
You will be:
- Participating in the whole project life-cycle, including ideation, discovery, strategy and scoping workshops, design sprints and the development phase
- Managing the weekly sprint planning and execution
- Coordinating the daily standups, weekly team calls, client meetings, retrospectives
- Communicating with the client and the development team on a day-to-day basis
- Managing Asana (our PM tool), keeping it clean and up-to-date
- Monitoring client requirements and expectations, team performance, paying attention to professional and personal issues
- Participate in the company management meetings, PM workshops

If you are:
- Experienced in managing a software development project from start to release (preferably web and mobile apps) according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- A creative problem solver
- Familiar with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experienced in seeing through full project life cycles, identify possible technical risks prior to starting the development
- Possessing excellent analytical & interpersonal skills
- Aiming for transparent and clear communication
- Good at supporting and motivating a team of developers
With:
- 2 years of project management and related experience
- Understanding of web architecture: protocols, APIs, know how of web structures and build
- Understanding high-level project vision with the ability to scope it down into release cycles
- Handling problem priorities & task dependencies
- Ability to say no
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Native or fluent Hungarian
- Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical people
- Willingness to learn and grow in an environment where you are a member of a dedicated team
- Fair and honest personality with high social standards & empathy, building and keeping team cohesion at a whole company level.

- Experience with implementing 3rd party services into products
- Experience with mobile application projects (iOS, Android)
- Experience with agile software development practices
