What you will do:

  • As a Medior/Senior Backend Developer, you will join one of our agile teams and make our clients' ideas come alive. Specify features, build software products, overdeliver expectations.
  • Have ownership of your code, take responsibility for the product and your decisions. Share your specific stack knowledge with the team, adopt best practices and stay up-to-date.

If you are:

With:

  • Proven experience in backend development with a strong understanding of at least one of the following server-side programming languages: Ruby on Rails, Elixir, Python, Node.js.
  • High coding standards, writing clean, maintainable & organized code
  • Knowledge of relational databases, MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in building RESTFul API backends of single page apps, Javascript apps or mobile apps
  • Good written and spoken English

And maybe some nice to haves:

  • Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines
  • Deeper knowledge of relational databases, scaling, performance optimizations
  • Knowledge of the agile product development cycle
  • Websockets, ActionCable, Redis
