Your AWS, Azure, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, or Railway bills are paid directly by you. We never mark up cloud costs. These prices cover our work only — setup, monitoring, and support.

Your setup fee is credited toward your first month of support when you continue onto a retainer. Prepay any retainer annually and get two months free.

  • 2 Setup (if needed) — 2 - 4 weeks We get your infrastructure to a production-grade standard. IaC, CI/CD, monitoring, security baseline. Everything documented and handed over when we're done. You can take it anywhere.
  • 3 Retainer onboarding — 1 week We get set up on your alerting and monitoring, open a shared Slack channel, agree the response protocols, and brief the on-call team. You're covered from day one.
  • 4 Active support We watch. We respond. We optimise. Monthly cost reviews, quarterly health calls, and someone who picks up when things go sideways. Your developers go back to building product.
