UI/UX Designer - Freelancer Network

We're building a network of talented freelance UI/UX designers to collaborate with on an ongoing basis. No open full-time role for now — but when a project kicks off that fits your profile, you'll be the first we reach out to.

What the collaboration looks like:

  • Project-based engagements — from a focused sprint to longer-term product work
  • Direct collaboration with our in-house team and international clients
  • Full design ownership within your scope, with clear briefs and room for your input
  • Mostly an async workflow, with regular meetings when needed — we respect your time and schedule

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience creating Mobile and Responsive Web App user interfaces
  • High design standards, a systematic approach, and component-based thinking (Atomic design principles, responsive design)
  • Familiarity with major UI frameworks (Material Design, iOS, Tailwind, etc.)
  • Firm understanding of typography, layout, color theory, grid systems, variables
  • Ability to adapt to client briefs and collaborate across different team setups
  • Good written and spoken English

Nice to haves

  • Familiarity with the agile product development cycle
  • UX related experience for software and mobile/web applications
  • Customer research, interviews, surveys
  • Ability to create low and high fidelity prototypes (Figma, Protopie, proto.io, Framer, Justinmind, etc.)
  • Illustration skills (hand-drawn, digital, vector)
  • Photo retouching
  • Knowledge of basic animation principles and practices
  • Ability to create smaller animations (eg: gif, lottie) for ui and web purposes (interactions, placeholders, custom transitions, etc.)
  • Motion graphics skills: Videos, product demos and explainers
  • Basic understanding of Html & CSS
  • Being fluent in AI to help with all of the above.
