Software Developer - Freelancer Network

We're building a network of talented freelance software developers to collaborate with on an ongoing basis. No open full-time role for now, but when a project kicks off that fits your profile, you'll be the first we reach out to.

What the collaboration looks like:

  • Project-based engagements, from a focused sprint to longer-term product work
  • Direct collaboration with our in-house team and international clients
  • Full ownership of your scope, with clear briefs and room for your input
  • Mostly an async workflow, with regular meetings when needed, we respect your time and schedule

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Solid hands-on experience building and shipping production software products
  • Strong fundamentals: clean code, good architecture decisions, and a systematic approach to problem solving
  • Comfort working across the stack you specialize in (frontend, backend, or full-stack)
  • Familiarity with version control, code review practices, and modern development workflows
  • Ability to adapt to client briefs and collaborate across different team setups
  • Good written and spoken English

Nice to haves

  • Familiarity with the agile product development cycle
  • Experience working with international clients or distributed teams
  • Comfort with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar)
  • Experience with automated testing and CI/CD practices
  • Exposure to API design and integration work
  • Familiarity with database design (SQL or NoSQL)
  • Being fluent in AI tools to help with all of the above
